On December 27, 2014, from around 13:20 on the same day to around 13:25 on the same day, the Defendant, despite having a duty to manage the electric difficulty located in E convenience stores in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, he did not manage the electric difficulty and used the electric riot to turn on the front of one stop for a single stop.

Due to the above negligence of the defendant, the heatd from the electric disaster was caused by the electrical accident, and around 13:30 on the same day, the fire was attached to the electric line on the side of the same day, and around 13:33 on the same day, the fire was destroyed to the roof of E convenience stores and F cafeterias attached thereto through walls, ceilings, etc.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed the building worth KRW 1260,000,000 at the Domcom market, such as E convenience stores owned by G, F cafeteria owned by H, BGF Capital, cash withdrawal machines owned by G, etc.

However, as acknowledged by the record, even if he did not change the location thereafter, the Defendant was at the time having known the location of the gaser and used it near the calculating unit, and the electrical agent was at a distance of 30 cm with the fire and 30 cm. As such, as long as he was under the control of convenience points by making his full-time officer and his working bridge, the Defendant was at all times cautioned on the operation of the electrical agent at risk of fire, and there was no danger of explosion in the surrounding area, as long as he was found by the record.
