Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving B K7 cars.
On May 9, 2020, at around 00:37, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.149%, and proceeded along with the one-lane from the north bank of the Han River as the north bank of the Han River in the Han River north bank.
