A. On March 29, 2011, Nonparty D transferred to Nonparty D the claim amounting to KRW 80,000,000 (hereinafter “instant loan”).

B. On March 30, 2011, the Defendant drafted a loan certificate to the effect that the Defendant borrowed KRW 80,000,000 to Nonparty E for the interest rate of KRW 2% per month and on March 30, 2012.

C. In addition to the instant loan, E lent each of the above money to the Defendant’s account, KRW 20,000,000 on March 31, 2011 (hereinafter “the instant secondary loan”), KRW 6,000,000 on May 4, 201, and KRW 10,000 on July 1, 201, without setting interest and the due date for payment.
