1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff a reinforced concrete building No. 109, 506, Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, 109, 33.62 square meters.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On April 11, 2014, the lease contract concluded regarding the building stated in the order (a security deposit of KRW 8,260,00, KRW 104,600 per month, KRW 104,600 per month, and KRW 2 years) was terminated on November 1, 2014, demanding delivery of the building, on the grounds that the lease contract was terminated on November 1, 2014.
