1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 31, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, on November 5, 2007, borrowed KRW 70,000,000 from the Plaintiff as of December 2, 2007, with the maturity of payment specified as the end of December 2007, is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount stated in the purport of the claim.
