Reasons

Basic Facts

The defendant is a school foundation that establishes and operates C University, D University, etc.

From March 1, 1988, the Plaintiff is serving as professor of E Department at C University.

The defendant, on July 7, 201, made an explanatory meeting to the teachers, and made a vote on July 13, 201, on the following: (a) on July 13, 201: (b) on the details of the enactment of the Regulations on the Remuneration of Teachers and Staff and the Regulations on the annual salary contract for the teachers, who only apply the Regulations on the Remuneration of Teachers and the Regulations on the Annual Salaries for the Teachers; and (c) on July 13, 201:

As a result, 77 teachers from among 79 teachers were voting on the above provision with the consent of the majority of teachers of 61 marks (including 1 marks, 2 marks of voters), 11 marks, and 5 marks. The adoption of the school affairs committee passed on August 4, 201 and on August 30, 2011, the rules on the annual salary contract for teachers and teachers' salary rules were enacted.

The details of remuneration under the Regulations on the Contract System of the Annual Salaries for Teachers and the details of "the Evaluation Table of Teachers' Performance" in attached Table 1 are as follows:

Article 6 (Remuneration) (1) Remuneration shall be classified into salary and allowances.

(2) A salary shall be determined in accordance with the Regulations on Remuneration of Teachers, and it shall be appraised in accordance with the "Regulations on Evaluation of Teachers' Performance", and shall be paid according to the grades determined according to the standards under paragraph (4).

(3) The allowances shall be determined in accordance with the school personnel allowance rules.

Provided, That bonus allowances and household support expenses shall be assessed in accordance with the "Regulations for Evaluation of Teachers' Performance" and shall be paid according to the grades determined by the standards under paragraph (4).

(4) The ratio of grades to which remuneration is determined, and the salaries, allowances (or family allowances and household subsidies) shall be based on the following standards:
