1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally with the plaintiff 41,025,753 won and 40,000,000 won among them, from September 7, 2006.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, based on the preparation of the written judgment on November 19, 2016, provides that “A creditor shall be deemed the Plaintiff, and “debtor” shall be deemed the Defendant.
