1. The Defendants jointly pay to the Plaintiff KRW 120,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from November 18, 2013 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On September 16, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) lent monthly interest of KRW 120 million to Defendant C on October 17, 2013; and (b) the Defendant Co., Ltd. prepared a written confirmation that it would make payment of KRW 120 million to the Plaintiff on the same day; (b) the Defendants jointly have the obligation to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 30% per annum to the Plaintiff within the extent of the aforesaid agreement from November 18, 2013 to the date of full payment.
