대여금
1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 29,030,094 and KRW 27,532,217 among them, from October 19, 2016 to the day of full payment.
The following facts may be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the whole pleadings in each statement of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, and there is no reflective evidence.
⒧. 피고는 2015. 12. 16. 원고로부터 3,000만 원을 변제기는 60개월 후, 이자는 연 14.9%, 연체이자는 연 26.9%로 정하여 차용하였다.
D. The Defendant did not pay the above agreement and lost the benefit of time, and as of October 18, 2016, the principal and interest of this case were KRW 29,030,094 (the principal and interest of this case as of October 18, 2016) (the principal and interest of this case were KRW 27,532,217, interest and overdue interest, etc.).
According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the interest rate of KRW 29,030,094 of the principal and interest of this case and KRW 27,532,217 of the loan principal to the Plaintiff at the rate of 26.9% per annum from October 19, 2016 to the date of full payment.
If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
