1. The Defendant’s KRW 25,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from September 27, 2012 to February 5, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However) However, the “creditor” and “debtor” are deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, and the “from July 30, 2012 with respect to the above loan amounting to KRW 25,000,000 and its amount from July 30, 2012,” among the grounds for the claim, shall be deemed to be “the above loan amounting to KRW 25,000,000 and from September 27, 2012” (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
