Punishment of the crime

2. Around 23:50 on January 23, 2013, the Defendant was driving a B-low-income vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the Jinsung Police Station, which is in harmony, from about 30km to the road near Pyeongtaek-si F.

3. Fraud;
A. On January 23, 2013, the Defendant, while driving a BB franchise vehicle on January 23, 2013, committed as if the victim I were to pay the oil price to the H gas station located in G in the official city.
