1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,135,940 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 30, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On September 18, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant on the lending amounting to KRW 31,135,940 for one month, and the Defendant’s payment of the fences at the time of receiving the fences, but the Defendant did not pay the rental fee, although the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the payment of the rent (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
