1. The Seoul Central District Court E and F (Dual) auction cases of real estate shall be prepared on July 1, 2014 by the said court.
1. Basic facts
A. On March 28, 2012, with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”), the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Defendant C from a limited liability company specializing in the 17th securitization of Korea F&A on the grounds of sale as of February 20, 2012. On March 28, 2012, the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Defendant C on the grounds of sale as of February 25, 2012.
B. As regards the instant real estate in G name, the registration of the establishment of a new mortgage was completed in the following order:
(1) The date of establishing a right to collateral security and the date of registering the creation of a right to collateral security: G, a mortgagee of a right to collateral security: 57 million won: The maximum debt amount: 576 million won: the date of establishing a right to collateral security: April 3, 2012; G, a debtor: G, a mortgagee: 300 million won (hereinafter “the date of establishing a right to collateral security”) (hereinafter “the right to collateral security”); (2) The date of registering the establishment of a right to collateral security: (5) the partial transfer of the right to collateral security as of June 26, 2012; (5) the amount of a right to collateral security as of June 26, 2012; (2) the date of partial transfer registration; (3) the date of establishing a right to collateral security; (4) the date of partial transfer registration; and (5) the amount of the right to collateral security as of December 7, 2012; and (4) the Defendant’s Intervenor partially assigned the right to collateral security (1.
C. On December 20, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement between G and the instant real estate with the term of 6,000 won for lease on a deposit basis, from December 21, 2012 to December 20, 2013, and completed the registration of establishment of chonsegwon on December 28, 2012 on the ground of the contract to lease on a deposit basis as of December 21, 2012.
The Plaintiff paid KRW 30 million to G on December 20, 2012, and KRW 30 million on December 21, 2012, according to the aforementioned lease contract. D.
An application for a voluntary auction of real estate by the Onnuri Saemaul Community Fund concerning the instant real estate shall be filed on the date of the application.
