(a) The facts subsequent to the facts of recognition may be found either in dispute between the Parties or in full view of the entries or images of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 1, 2, 7, and 8 (including branch numbers, hereinafter the same shall apply) and the purport of the entire pleadings:

(1) From June 2, 2014, the Plaintiff is a person who had been working for the health promotion department of the public health clinic affiliated with the Defendant.

(2) On December 9, 2014, around 09:05, the Plaintiff: (a) at the 2nd floor of the Public Health Center B (hereinafter “instant office”); (b) had gas influencies (hereinafter “instant gas influencies”); (c) had talked with the instant office; and (d) had put the Plaintiff into a brue which was suffering from the instant gas accident.

(이하 ‘이 사건 사고’라 한다). 원고는 이 사건 사무실 밖에 있는 화장실로 급히 가 세면대와 호스의 물로 불을 껐고 원고는 둔부와 허벅지에 신체표면의 10~19%를 포함한 화상(심재성 2도 화상 및 3도 화상)을 입었다.

B. (1) The plaintiff's assertion is a person who is the plaintiff's employer and manages the office of this case.

The office of this case remodeled the place used as a warehouse, and heating was conducted using a gas disaster, unlike heating by using a locker in another office.

Since the Defendant managed the instant gas shortage, it neglected to educate the Plaintiff about the cautions, safety management, etc. of the gas distress.

(2) The defendant's assertion that the office of this case remodeled the meeting room to the office.

The plaintiff shall work in his uniform when he goes to work well and does not put his work properly.
