Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On October 28, 2015, the Defendant driven a Poter Cargo at approximately 500 meters section from the Mat parking lot in the Republic of Korea located in Kim Jong-si to the front day of the relevant green car in the same Dong with alcohol content of 0.066% among blood transfusion around 21:10.
