Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4.5 million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On July 28, 2013, around 19:45, the Defendant was required to present an identification card to verify the identity of the person who entered a casino game room in the Gangwon-do Casino Games Search Team located in Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
Accordingly, the Defendant, a prior official document, presented a driver's license to C, which is an official document issued by the commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, as if the Defendant was the driver's license of the Defendant.
