However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Some of the facts charged were revised ex officio to the extent that it does not impede the Defendants’ exercise of their right to defense.

No game products related business entity shall allow others to engage in gambling or other speculative acts using game products or leave them to do so, and no one shall exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase the results of tangible or intangible results acquired through the use of game products or engage in business of repurchase.

Nevertheless, from October 1, 2019 to December 24, 2019, Defendants: (a) installed 50 string current game machines in the name of Jung-gu in Busan and the second floor; and (b) provided many unspecified customers with 50 string current games, which did not receive any classification, and (c) exchanged 10% of the points acquired from the game machine in cash after having the customers input cash in the said game machine; and (b) Defendant B, as the head of the business of the said game room, performed the duties of managing part-time students, exchanging cash, collecting cash in the game machine, etc.; and (c) Defendant C, as the head of the said game room, controlled the entry of only the customers prior to the entrance of the said game room; and (d) served as the so-called “rogate” to view the network.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to engage in gambling or other speculative acts using game products, and intended to exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

2. No one shall provide game products for the distribution or use, the rating of which undermining the distribution order of game products, or display or store such products for such purposes;

Nevertheless, the defendant is not subject to classification at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
