A. On October 4, 2019, at around 13:25, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face at one time due to the use of library facilities at the Dobong-gu public library’s bicycle storage room located in salary-ro 6-ro 3-ro fluoron-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, in the course of a dispute with the victim B (year 25) and the right-hand drinking.

B. Around 14:00 on October 15, 2019, the Defendant sent the victim B (the age of 25) to the rest room of the third floor of the insul public library, which is located in the 3-ro 6th of the insul public library of the Yancheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the Defendant threatened the victim by saying, the Defendant reported the assault in the preceding paragraph to the police, thereby cutting the out of the country he entered into the police, and thereby, by saying, the Defendant threatened the victim by saying, “Inssssultting in kh. . dead.”

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Articles 260(3) and 260(1) of the Criminal Act, Articles 283(3) and 283(1) of the Criminal Act;

B. A written agreement stating that the victim does not want punishment against the defendant was submitted to this court on September 15, 2020.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
