On May 13, 2014, the Defendant deposited KRW 160,000 in the foreign exchange bank (6300903003) account in the name of (C) the Defendant’s name from among the (C) accounts of the said site to deposit KRW 160,000 in the gambling game in a closed place, with access to the Internet gambling site (B) and with money on a betting ticket at the said site, and operated the online gambling game by depositing KRW 7,200,000 in total 58 times from that time to May 18, 2014.
