1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 53,096,159 and the amount of KRW 33,325,208 from June 12, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant.” The Plaintiff partially reduced the part concerning delay damages in the purport of the claim as indicated in the disposition, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the same Act.
