A person shall not engage in an act of offering property or property benefits to a person who correctly predicted the result of sports promotion by issuing sports promotion betting tickets or similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and a person other than an entrusted business entity, and even though he/she did not do so by using such prohibited act, the Defendant deposited 10,000 won via a smartphone at the Defendant’s residence in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul and the second floor 2:32 on March 11, 2015, the Defendant deposited 10,000 won with one bank account in the name of the said site deposit account (E) (E) in the name of one bank account, which is the deposit account in the above site, and deposited 10,000 won in the game money with the total of 100,000 won from the time he/she received dividends or loses money in the sports games, such as a domestic or foreign stable, camping, etc. offered on the above site, and deposited 100,000 won in the account by no later than January 4, 2015.

As a result, the Defendant used the above acts prohibited by the National Sports Promotion Act to gambling.
