2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. Around 00:00 on May 26, 2013, Plaintiff A entered all the financial transaction information, such as the security card number, password, resident registration number, etc. of the Defendant Bank’s account of the Bank of Korea, on the site that connects Plaintiff A’s electronic financial transaction damage caused by the pop-up message that “the Financial Supervisory Service is proceeding with the security-related certification procedure.”

(2) On May 26, 2013, by means of the re-issuance and use of an authorized certificate, the number of the winners of name cards transferred KRW 3,690,000 from the Internet banking account of Plaintiff A to the account under the name of another person in the name of a financial institution through the Internet banking twice.

B. At around 16:00 on July 4, 2013, Plaintiff B entered all financial transaction information, such as the entire security card number No. 1-35, security card number, serial number, security card number, passbook number, passbook number, and resident registration number of Plaintiff B’s spouse’s bank account, on the site that connects Plaintiff B to the D site on the D site, “the Financial Supervisory Service is proceeding with the security-related certification procedure.”

(2) On July 4, 2013, around 22:00, the winners of name cards transferred KRW 1,460,000 to the account in the name of another person in the name of a financial institution by Internet banking account through the method of re-issuance of an authorized certificate three times.

(3) On July 5, 2013, the following day, Plaintiff B access the site from his own home to the D site, including the entire security card number, the serial number and password of his Defendant Nonghyup Bank’s account, the serial number and password, the bank account number, and the resident registration number.
