On April 16, 2015, around 19:00 to 21:10, the Defendant participated in an assembly of “E” where more than 10,000 members, such as 4/16 joint and several members and bereaved family members in Jung-gu, Seoul and 16 Family Council D, and bereaved family members in the Sewol ferry held.
