On July 15, 2016, at around 09:30, the Defendant driven the B wing Vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 100 km section from the front of the Seo-gu Seo-gu Daejeon movable apartment to the 14 km branch of the Pyeongtaek-si Highway in Gyeonggi-do.
