A. On December 19, 2005, the Defendant entered into a non-dividend professional agreement with the policyholder and the insured as the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). In the event of an insured event agreed to the Defendant during the insurance period, the Defendant would be compensated in accordance with the insurance terms and conditions, and the Defendant would be paid the insurance amount of KRW 50,000 per day and KRW 20,000 per day with the diagnosis cost of brain cerebrovascular disease.

B. Of the instant insurance contract, the content of the special terms and conditions of the brain-related disease diagnosis cost (hereinafter “instant insurance terms and conditions”) are as follows.

1) If the insured stated in an insurance policy becomes final and conclusive as the first cerebrovascular disease during the insurance period of the insurance policy stated in the insurance policy, the company refers to the disease (attached Table 5) classified as the cerebrscular disease in accordance with the 4th Korean Standard Medical Disease Classification (attached Table 5).

(Article 2(1)3) The diagnosis and confirmation of brain cerebrovascular diseases should be conducted by a person with a certificate of qualification for a domestic hospital as defined in Article 3 of the Medical Service Act or a medical institution outside a foreign country recognized by a company equivalent thereto (excluding dentists). This diagnosis shall be conducted based on medical history, computerized single-story photographs (Arin CTRI), nuclear self-defluence image (MRI), cerebrovascular typhism (PET), double-electronic emitting layers (PET), computerized emitting single luminous, SSPEC (SECT), and brain dives examination (Article 2(2)4) [Attachment 5] [Attachment 5] on the 4th revised Korean Standard Classification of Brain Diseases (Notice No. 2002-1, 203.1).
