1. Defendant A

A. On July 13, 2014, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Daegu Jung-gu, transferred the stolen goods to B by selling KRW 24,000 of the price at the G Heights meeting operated by B in Daegu-gu, by being aware of the fact that the stolen goods were stolen, in excess of 30km in the market price managed by the victim E.

B. Around July 14, 2014, the Defendant acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that it was a stolen stolen article equivalent to approximately 30 km of the market price managed by the victim E, which he stolen from D from the above Defendant’s house.

B. Around July 13, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 30 km from the market price under the control of the victim E, which was stolen by D from A at the above top of the water level.

In such cases, the defendant, who is engaged in the sales of solid assets, shall verify and describe the personal information A, while the duty of care to verify whether the defendant is stolen by properly examining the details of the acquisition of the clean lamps, the motive for the sale, and the price suitable for the transaction price.
