When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in fishery as a member of the D fishing village fraternity in Tong Young-gu.

Any person who intends to run a fish farming business by subdividing specified waters shall obtain a license from the competent market.

① At around August 23, 2006, the Defendant: (a) harvested approximately 30,800 km from D fishing village fraternities, at the time of Tong Young-si, a group of 1 lines (27 mixs) out of the distribution of 1 lines (30,80 mar per 300 mar per 46 mar); (b) harvested about 30,800 mar and engaged in an unlicensed fish farming business without a license equivalent to KRW 30,80,000 at the market price.

② From August 23, 2006 to August 22, 2009, the Defendant received a limited license F (5h, 53h, 200m reduction) and G (52m reduction reduction of 400m) styles set up in the front sea of Dong Young-si with a license from Dong Young-si through Tong-si Fisheries Cooperatives, and operated a farming business with the limited license F (53m reduction of 400m reduction) set up in the front sea of Dong Young-si, as a fishing village fraternity member, 12m for the limited license F, and 35m reduction for G, respectively.

However, the above limited license form had no longer been able to exercise the fishery right due to the termination of the term of validity of the license as of August 22, 2009.

Nevertheless, with respect to the limited license F 12 lines, the Defendant: (a) from August 23, 2009 to June 28, 2013; (b) from August 23, 2009 to June 28, 2013 to July 20, 2012, the Defendant: (c) harvested approximately 30,800 knives of red flives; and (d) carried out an unlicensed fish farming business with no license equivalent to KRW 30,800,000 at the market price by harvesting approximately 30,80 knives of knives from July 29, 2013 to April 20, 2014.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) harvested a total of 61,600km, such as the above (1) and (2) and carried on unlicensed fish farming with a total of KRW 61,600,000 at the market price.
