The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendants guilty on the grounds that there is no proof of crime as to the facts charged in this case against the Defendants, and it is just to have acquitted the Defendants, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to "the trade name of real estate broker or the lending of the name thereof" under the Business Affairs of Licensed Real Estate Agents and Report

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
