The defendants are based on whether each of the vehicles listed in the attached Form 0.2% shares is trusted in the name of the trust.
Reasons
1. On November 3, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) entrusted the name of E with respect to the 1% share of the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet; (b) died on April 20, 2019; and (c) succeeded to the Defendants, F, and G, who are children.
The Plaintiff seeks the Defendants to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the shares of this case on the ground of the nominal trust deed.
