살인미수
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On January 26, 2018, at the defendant's house located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City C and 101 around 18:20, when the defendant filed a divorce lawsuit against the defendant's wife (the 66 years old), the victim D (the 66 years old), who was living alone, and sought compensation for the recovery of the defendant and the division of his property, the defendant's head is cut back by hand (the 5m in diameter, 6cm in length, 43cm in length) and the victim's head is cut back.
