The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around 08:10 on July 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at the construction site of Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun B, and had a dispute with the victim C and D with respect to business instructions; (b) was salping the victim C’s ebbbbage; (c) followed the victim D’s ebbbbbage, thereby harming the victims.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. The victims’ intention not to punish after the prosecution of the instant case was instituted
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
