However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person who operates a sports facility under the trade name of “C Party Head” in the former Northwest-gun B.

No one shall distribute or use, or display or keep for such purposes, game products which have not been rated by a game water grade committee, or conduct an act of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase of, or repurchase of, such tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of a game product.

Nevertheless, from August 20, 2017 to September 18, 2017, the Defendant established four game equipment units, a game product that was not classified by the meeting of the water rating members in the above game room, and let many and unspecified customers use the game and paid the amount of 10,000 won in cash per 1,000 points obtained through the use of the above game product.
