Defendant, habitually,

1. On September 201, 201, the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, having the victim E and F, who is unaware of its circumstances, carry the victim’s 130,000 grane board and 100,000 graneg board, which is 5,000,000,000 won or more of the market value of the victim’s possession in the warehouse of the open storage at the open storage, into the truck; and
