On May 29, 1986, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for larceny at the Chuncheon District Court. On July 6, 1989, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

【Criminal Facts】

On October 6, 2013, at around 04:20, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked door and intruded into a scheme by which the victim E is diving, and then cut off with a hand bag of the amount equivalent to KRW 400,000,00 in the market price of the victim’s own possession of the victim; (b) two cellular phones of the amount of KRW 700,000 in the market price; (c) two cellular phones of the amount of KRW 700,000 in the market price; and (d) two wall bags of the amount of KRW 20,000 in the market price of KRW 150,00 in the market price.

On March 2, 2014, at around 04:32, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked door and intruded into a scheme by which the victim H is diving, and cut off with a 250,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, which includes KRW 90,00,000,000 in cash.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually intruded the room occupied by people at night, thereby thefting the victims' property.
