However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person who served as a temporary secretary at E-high school located in the port from the date of March 2013 to July 20, 2013.

On March 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) returned KRW 50 million to the victim who demanded a return of KRW 70 million from the beer, from the beerhouse in front of the gold-ri new apartment on the front of the Sejong-si, Sejong-si; and (b) returned the amount of KRW 50 million to the check; and (c) the Defendant paid KRW 50 million with the school development fund once again, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Plaintiff would be able to appoint a regular teacher in 2014 if he/she pays KRW 50 million with the school development fund.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to employ the victim as a regular teacher.

The Defendant was transferred from the victim the sum of KRW 20 million on the 15th day of the same month, and KRW 43 million on the 26th day of the same month to the account in the name of the Defendant.
