Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
At around 14:20 on May 5, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.156% of blood alcohol level, driven B rocketing car at approximately 100 meters away from the front of the “Yan-gran fishing place shop,” located in the Gancheon-si, in the front of the “Yan-gol fishing place shop,” to the vicinity of the “Yan-gol fishing place parking lot.”
