2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. On January 27, 1950, Defendant J, Defendant I, and Defendant L completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to one-third share of each of the 1/3 square meters of Seongbuk-gu Seoul M& 1,093 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

After that, on June 29, 1959, Defendant J, Defendant I, and Defendant L individually completed the share transfer registration with respect to the aggregate of 306.68/450 of the instant land among N and 12 others.

B. According to the copy of the real estate register as to the land of this case, the plaintiffs, the defendants, and the non-party share the land at their current shares as follows.
