[criminal history] On November 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a crime of violation of road traffic law in the Daegu District Court’s support, and on August 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of road traffic law (non-licensed driving) at the Changwon District Court on August 20, 2015, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on September 3, 2015, and the execution of each of the above sentence was completed at the Busan District Court on August 17, 2016.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a B-learning car.

1. On November 24, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (e.g., post-accidents) (e., U.S.) driving the said vehicle at around 03:30 on November 24, 2017, and allowing the Defendant to turn to the left of the public health clinic at the right right angle on the right side of the intersection of the official door in the U.S.-dong

The driver had a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely while accurately operating the steering boat and brakes well, and operating the steering boat and brakes.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to turn to the left and received the central separation line installed on the road at the jurisdiction of the public health clinic in the above intersection by negligence.
