1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,00,000 and the interest thereon from March 1, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
The grounds for the plaintiff's claim are as shown in the attached Form, and the evidence Nos. 1 through 3 can be recognized by adding it to the whole purport of the pleading.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,00,000 as well as damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from March 1, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the last copy of the complaint.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
