1. The defendant shall pay 4,400,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 15, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”, and 20% per annum from January 15, 2015 to the date of full payment in full, and the cause of claim shall be changed to seek delayed damages at 20% per annum (Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
