The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around February 21, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (here, 48 years of age) who was in the front side of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu as a usual ties relationship, on the ground that the victim C (here and 48 years of age) made his/her abundance to himself/herself.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);
C. Indication of the victim as not to be punished after the prosecution of this case
