1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

The plaintiff asserts that since the plaintiff suffered mental damage due to the defendant's husband's indecent act by compulsion, the defendant is obligated to pay consolation money to the plaintiff.

However, even if the plaintiff's assertion is based on the plaintiff's assertion, it is clear that the act committed by the plaintiff is the husband of the defendant and is not the defendant.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is groundless, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
