Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall engage in sexual traffic.
1. On March 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 00:40, around Daegu North-gu, Daegu Northern-gu Cudio 205; and (b) committed similarity with a female E (tentative name) with the nationality of Taeland employed by D, a commercial sex broker, with KRW 90,00,00 and had the female of commercial sex acts create the Defendant’s sexual organ by entering and taking a hand.
2. On March 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on March 13, 2016, around 2016, the Defendant committed an act of similarity in which the Defendant sent 90,00 won to the F (tentative name) of Thailand’s nationality employed by D, which is a sexual traffic broker, and had sexual traffic women create the Defendant’s sexual organ with his/her entrance and hand to see it.
3. On March 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 03:35, around 2016, committed an act of similarity in which the Defendant sent 70,000 won to Thailand E (tentative name) female sexual traffic with nationality employed by D, which is a sexual traffic intermediary business operator, and had the female sexual traffic create the Defendant’s sexual organ with his/her entrance and hand to see it.
4. On March 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 17:10, around 2016, committed an act of similarity in which the Defendant sent 90,000 won to Thailand E (tentative name) female sexual traffic with nationality employed by D, which is a sexual traffic intermediary business operator, and had the female sexual traffic create the Defendant’s sexual organ with his/her entrance and hand to see it.
Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic four times.

1. Article 21 (1) of the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging, etc. Sex Acts concerning facts constituting an offense;
1. Selection of each alternative fine for punishment;
1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;
1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
