around July 9, 2017, Defendant 2017, at the Defendant’s residence located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, posted a letter of air clean sales to “Internet Kafa country”, and sent money to the victim H who reported and contacted the letter to “to send money.”

“A false representation was made.”

However, since the defendant did not have the air cleaner to sell it, even if he received the money from the damaged person, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the air cleaner.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 100,000 from the victim on the same day, and received KRW 3,468,00 from the victim on 11 occasions from the above date to September 26, 2017 as stated in the list of crimes in attached Form 11.
