1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff.
(a) From June 14, 2017, for KRW 1,002,377,750 and for KRW 437,00,00 among them.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. However, the Defendants led to the confession of all of the Plaintiff’s allegations.
Therefore, the Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 1,02,377,750 of the principal and interest of the first loan and the amount of KRW 437,00,000 of the principal and interest of the loan plus KRW 437,000,00 per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 14, 2017 to the date on which the principal and interest is calculated. Defendant B shall be paid damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 14, 2017, within the limit of KRW 600,000,000, the guarantee amount of KRW 1,089,374,291 of the second loan and the amount of KRW 475,00,000 of the principal and interest of the loan, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 100,00,000 per annum from June 14, 2017 to the day of full payment.
3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
