The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 37,123,568 won and 24% per annum from September 3, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 208(1)1 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 20100, Jan. 1, 200) does not clearly state the fact that the Plaintiff asserted as the cause of claim in a written objection against the payment order submitted by the Defendant, and the Defendant stated to the effect that the Plaintiff recognized the Plaintiff’s claim on the date of pleading.
