However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant forged a private document with the intention to submit it to the Association by forging a certificate that he graduated from C high school for the purpose of obtaining a high-class technical grade in the field of machinery from B Association.

On April 27, 2020, the Defendant downloaded the file of the graduation certificate with the official seal of the principal of C, etc. on the Internet using a computer at the site office for repair of defects of D apartment units in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and stated that “Name A: Date of birth E: Number of Graduation, School: No. 8723, School: C High School, and School: April 27, 2020,” and printed it on the same page.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of graduation in the name of the principal of the high school C, etc., which is a private document on fact certification.

2. On May 13, 2020, the Defendant submitted a copy of the above investigation document to the person in charge of not knowing the forgery at the B Association 2’s second-class registration team located in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and submitted a copy of the above document to the person in charge of not knowing the forgery, as described in paragraph 1.

3. No person engaged in construction works in violation of the Construction Technology Promotion Act or construction technology services and who intends to be recognized as a construction technician shall report to the Minister of Construction and Transportation any matters necessary for the management of his/her workplace, career, academic background, qualification, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "workplace, career, etc.");

Nevertheless, for the purpose of recognizing the class of high-class technical person in the field of machinery by the Association B, the Defendant submitted a copy of the certificate of graduation in the name of the principal of the principal of the C high-class school, which was forged as described in paragraph (1), at the registration team of B Association 2 located in Gangnam-gu Seoul on May 13, 2020, and thereby became a middle-class technical person upon receipt of the certificate of middle-class career in the field of machinery of construction technicians on May 15, 2020.

However, in fact, the defendant graduated from a middle school and did not have graduated from the C High School as above.
