1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 255,189,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 24, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. A claim for construction cost of KRW 255,189,00 which has not been paid until now, among the construction cost of KRW 505,189,00 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) as the interior apartment of the Gun-si B multi-family housing that the Plaintiff completed after being awarded a contract by the Defendant around December 1, 2017.
