1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or each description or image of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, 12, 22, 25, 26, and Eul evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including each number; hereinafter the same shall apply) may be admitted, taking into account the whole purport of the pleadings:
The Plaintiff is the owner of BM7 passenger cars (hereinafter “instant passenger car”), and C is the driver of D D dump truck (hereinafter “instant truck”), and the Defendant is the insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with C with respect to the instant truck.
B. At around 18:20 on March 26, 2016, C stopped the instant truck on the direction of the steering place of the instant truck, which was stopped first to enter the lane bypassing the instant truck, at the F station located in Silung-si, to enter the lane. The Plaintiff stopped the instant truck on the direction of the steering place of the instant truck, which was stopped first to enter the lane bypassing the instant truck.
After that, C, while driving the instant truck and entering the instant lane without verifying whether there are other vehicles, etc. in the direction of the steering direction of the instant truck, C, inevitably, bypassing the instant truck to enter the lane, caused a traffic accident in which the left side part of the instant truck is used (hereinafter “the instant traffic accident”).

The Plaintiff suffered an injury to the tensions and tensions, which require a stable price for about two weeks due to the instant traffic accident, and due to the destruction of the front gates, etc. of the instant vehicle, KRW 1,265,273 (including value-added tax, KRW 1,391,800) was required as repair cost.
The Plaintiff reported the instant traffic accident to the police, and on May 13, 2016, the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office within the jurisdiction of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office.
