Punishment of the crime
1. 2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk) is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.
On December 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.116% during blood transfusions on December 23, 2016, and led to the driving of the said car in front of the Docheon-dong elementary school in Busan East-gu, Busan to the inland elementary school from the side of the same market.
